Indictment charging defendant with defrauding secured creditors by destroying property. Before BERTOLET, J. Verdict of guilty on indictment. Defendant's motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1524, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Berks County, No. 250 of 1975. Submitted September 13, 1976. G.
