Indictments charging defendant with robbery, conspiracy, possession of an instrument of crime and possession of a prohibited offensive weapon. Before SABO, J. Verdict of guilty of robbery, conspiracy, and possession of an instrument of crime and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 116, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Oct. T., 1974, Nos. 403, 404, and 406. Submitted April 2, 1976.
