Indictment charging defendant with aggravated robbery. Before McDERMOTT, J. Verdict of guilty and defendant sentenced to 10 to 20 years imprisonment. Defendant's motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed nunc pro tunc. Appeal, No. 1358, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, May T., 1972, No. 1824. Submitted September 13, 1976.
