Indictments charging defendant with possessing an instrument of crime, carrying a firearm without a license, carrying a firearm on a public street and altering the marks of identification of a firearm. Before CODY, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of carrying a firearm on a public street and altering the marks of identification of a firearm and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1872, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, May T., 1975, No. 1974. Submitted December 30, 1975.
