Indictments charging defendant with aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person. Before MURPHY, J., non-jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 374, October T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, February T., 1976, Nos. 135-136. Submitted September 15, 1978.
