Indictment charging defendant with unlawful delivery of a controlled substance. Before RAUP, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 570, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Lycoming County, No. 74-10, 715. Submitted April 2, 1976.

Judgment of sentence affirmed.
