Indictments charging defendant with assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery with intent to murder, playfully and wantonly pointing a firearm and carrying firearms on public streets and public property. Before WILLIAMS, JR., J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 1024, Oct. T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Aug. T., 1970, No. 706. Argued September 14, 1973.
