Indictments charging defendant with sodomy, rape, conspiracy, assault and battery with intent to ravish, and corrupting the morals of a minor child. Before GREENBERG, J. Appeals, Nos. 140, 141, and 142, Oct. T., 1968, from judgments of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, Oct. T., 1966, Nos. 2237, 2239, and 2241. Argued March 20, 1968.
