Indictments charging defendant with violation of the Uniform Firearms Act, criminal conspiracy, resisting arrest, simple assault, aggravated assault, possession of an instrument of crime and robbery. Before CHALFIN, J., without a jury. Defendant found guilty of criminal conspiracy, simple assault, carrying a prohibited offensive weapon and robbery and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 56, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, April T., 1976, Nos. 149 to 154, inclusive. Submitted June 13, 1977.
