Criminal proceedings. Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicating liquor, involuntary manslaughter and homicide by vehicle. Before CALDWELL, J. No. 74 Harrisburg 1981. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, Criminal Division, No. 1504(A), (B), C.D. of 1980.
