Indictment charging defendant with criminal conspiracy, knowingly possessing a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Before PORTER, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of criminal conspiracy and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2476, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, May T., 1977, Nos. 1323 and 1324. Submitted June 12, 1978.
