Criminal proceedings. Possession of controlled substances, criminal conspiracy, attempt to commit murder, aggravated assault, and recklessly endangering another person. Before GARB, J. No. 969 Oct. T., 1979. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, Nos. 1429-01 and 1429-02 of 1977.
