Indictments charging defendant with theft by unlawful taking, possession of instruments of crime, and criminal conspiracy. Before KREMER, J., non-jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1516, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Nos. 77-06-1635 to 1637. Argued March 19, 1979.
