Indictment charging defendant with possession of an implement of escape. Before McGOWAN, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 61, April T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, No. CC7509485. Submitted November 14, 1977.
