Indictment charging defendant with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest. Before HARPER, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 237, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Jan. T., 1975, No. 7406639A. Submitted April 19, 1976.
