Indictments charging defendant with assault, aggravated assault and unlawful possession of an instrument of crime. Before GELFAND, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 293, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, June T., 1974, Nos. 986 and 987. Submitted June 9, 1975.
