Indictment charging defendant with indecent assault and simple assault. Before SATTERTHWAITE, P.J., without a jury. Finding of guilty. Order entered granting post-trial motions, dismissing the indictment with prejudice and discharging defendant. Commonwealth appealed. Appeal, No. 346, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, No. 1957 of 1973. Argued June 17, 1976.
