Indictments charging defendants with rape, accessory before the fact, conspiracy, assault with intent to ravish, aggravated assault and battery, and assault and battery. Before ROWLEY, J. Appeals, Nos. 359, 360, and 361, April T., 1971, from judgments of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Beaver County, Nos. 404, 408, and 409 of 1969, 405, 407, and 408 of 1969, and 406, 408, and 409 of 1969, respectively. Argued November 8, 1971.
