Indictment charging defendant with burglary, larceny, robbery, and conspiracy. Before SAND, J. Appeals, Nos. 1094 to 1096, inclusive, Oct. T., 1971, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, May T., 1970, Nos. 251 to 253, inclusive. Argued June 15, 1972.
