Indictments charging defendant with robbery and aggravated assault. Before KIVKO, P.J. Verdict of guilty and defendant's motions in arrest of judgment and for new trial denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 880, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Northumberland County, No. Cr-117 of 1974. Argued September 20, 1976.
