Criminal proceedings. Aggravated robbery, burglary, larceny, criminal conspiracy, and commission of a crime of violence while armed with a firearm. Defendant's claim of double jeopardy, dismissed. Before BODLEY, J. No. 2267 Oct. T., 1978. Appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, No. 385-1-6 of 1973. Submitted March 23, 1979.
