Indictments charging defendant with robbery, theft by unlawful taking, and criminal conspiracy. Before CICCHETTI, J., non-jury. Charge of criminal conspiracy dismissed. Finding of guilty as to robbery and theft by unlawful taking. Judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 578, April T., 1978, from the Court of Common Pleas of Fayette County, No. 384 of 1975. Submitted October 26, 1978.
