Appeal, No. 200, Jan. T., 1968, from order of Superior Court, Oct. T., 1967, No. 550, affirming judgment of Court of Oyer and Terminer and General Jail Delivery and Quarter Sessions of the Peace of Cumberland County, Dec. T., 1959, No. 39, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Frank Bordner. Order affirmed.

Same case in Superior Court: 211 Pa. Super. 708.

Indictments charging defendant with prison breach. Before SHUGHART, P. J.

Verdict of guilty entered; defendant's motion for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed to Superior Court which affirmed judgment. Petition for allocatur granted.

Frank Bordner, appellant, in propria persona.

Order affirmed.
