Appeal, No. 167, Jan. T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Dec. T., 1967, No. 1639, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Vaughn Booker. Judgment of sentence affirmed.

Proceeding under Post Conviction Hearing Act and evidentiary hearing upon remand by Supreme Court. Before DOTY, J.

Order entered denying petition for relief. Appeal to Supreme Court allowed.
