Indictments charging defendant with theft by failure to make required disposition of funds received and of theft by deception. Before KUBACKI, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty entered and defendant's motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1789, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Dec. T., 1975, Nos. 947, 948, 949, 954, 955, and Nos. 958 to 966, inclusive. Submitted September 13, 1976.
