Indictments charging defendant with armed robbery, robbery, burglary, larceny, receiving stolen goods, and conspiracy. Before BECKERT, J. Appeals, Nos. 208 and 209, Oct. T., 1969, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, Nos. 414-2 and 414-3 of 1965. Argued March 23, 1970.

Judgment of sentence affirmed.

HOFFMAN and CERCONE, JJ., dissent and would grant a new trial.
