Appeal, No. 145, Jan. T., 1971, from order of Superior Court, No. 1224, Oct. T., 1969, affirming judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Oct. T., 1968, Nos. 474 to 479, inclusive, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Robert Blount. Order affirmed.

Same case in Superior Court: 216 Pa. Super. 818.

Indictments charging defendant with assault with intent to kill, assault and battery, resisting arrest, and related offenses. Before MCKAY, J., specially presiding.

Verdicts of guilty as charged, and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed to the Superior Court which, affirmed the judgment of sentence of the court below, opinion per curiam. Appeal to Supreme Court allowed.
