Indictment charging defendant with aggravated robbery and conspiracy. Before KING, J. Verdict of guilty of conspiracy and not guilty of robbery and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1189, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Jan. T., 1975, No. 94. Submitted October 8, 1976.
