Indictment charging defendant with unlawful delivery of a controlled substance. Before CALDWELL, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 126, March T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, No. 708 of 1975. Submitted March 8, 1976.
