November 17, 1978. Reargument Denied April 3, 1979.

Indictment charging defendant with rape, indecent assault, aggravated assault and simple assault. Before O'BRIEN, J., without a jury. Demurrer sustained to charge of aggravated assault and defendant found guilty of remaining charges and judgment of sentence entered. Order entered finding that defendant was not denied effective assistance of counsel at trial and petition for Post Conviction relief denied. Defendant appealed. Appeals, Nos. 145 and 690, April T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, No. CC7700292A. Argued October 23, 1978.
