Indictments charging defendant with murder, voluntary manslaughter, involuntary manslaughter and criminal conspiracy. Before MIRARCHI, Jr., A.J., non-jury. Finding of guilty as to involuntary manslaughter and criminal conspiracy. Judgments of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 209, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Nos. 75-10-189-190. Submitted March 31, 1978.
