Indictment charging defendant with engaging in an affray and aggravated assault and battery. Before JOHNSTONE, JR., J. Appeals, Nos. 1752 and 1753, Oct. T., 1970, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, Sept. T., 1968, Nos. 506 and 508. Argued June 21, 1971.
