Judgment of conviction on indictment no. 91-0917 is vacated and the indictment shall be dismissed. Indictment no. 91-0918 is to be taken from the file and dismissed. Judgment of conviction of trafficking in cocaine (indictment no. 91-0916) is affirmed.
