Criminal proceedings. Involuntary manslaughter, homicide by vehicle, recklessly endangering another person, reckless driving, failing to drive at safe speed, driving on the wrong side of the roadway and driving under suspension. Before VOGEL, J. No. 1653 Philadelphia 1981. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Criminal Division, No. 1267 of 1980. Argued December 14, 1981.
