Indictments charging defendant with conspiracy to commit kidnapping, kidnapping, false imprisonment, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, corrupting the morals of a minor and indecent assault. Before TREDINNICK, J. Appeal, No. 1283, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, April T., 1974, No. 1928, and Nos. 1928.2 to 1928.5, inclusive, of 1974. Argued September 12, 1975.

James P. Fox, with him Fox and Fox, for appellant; Stewart J. Greenleaf, Assistant District Attorney, William T. Nicholas, First Assistant District Attorney, and Milton O. Moss, District Attorney, submitted a brief for Commonwealth, appellee.
