Indictment charging defendant with operating a motor vehicle while under suspension in violation of The Vehicle Code. Before GREEVY, P.J. Order entered directing that any information received from the defendant regarding the status of his operating privileges, and including his name and address be suppressed as evidence and not admitted at trial. Commonwealth appealed. Appeal, No. 2020, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Lycoming County, No. 76-10,516. Argued December 8, 1976.

Robert F. Banks, Assistant District Attorney, with him Allen E. Ertel, District Attorney, for Commonwealth, appellant; No appearance entered nor brief submitted for appellee.


Order affirmed.
