Indictments charging defendant with robbery, criminal conspiracy, theft and making terroristic threats. Before STEFAN, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of all charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1496, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, No. 370 of 1976. Submitted December 6, 1977.
