Criminal proceedings. Burglary, possessing the instruments of a crime, violating the prohibited offensive weapons provision of the Crimes Code, criminal conspiracy and robbery. Before BRAIG, J. No. 650 Oct. T., 1978. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, May T., 1977, Nos. 2551-60. Submitted December 6, 1979.
