December 22, 1978. Petition for Allowance of Appeal Denied May 14, 1979.

Indictments charging defendant with robbery, aggravated assault, possession of instruments of crime and criminal conspiracy. Before KREMER, J., without a jury. Defendant found guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1246, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Nos. 77-08-2080 and 2083. Argued December 6, 1978.
