Indictments charging defendants with criminal conspiracy, theft by receiving stolen property and use of stolen credit card. Before DiBONA, Jr., J., without a jury. Findings of guilty and judgments of sentence entered. Defendants appealed. Appeals, Nos. 1931 and 1873, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, March T., 1976, Nos. 2216, 2217, 2218, and Nos. 2213, 2214, 2215. Submitted December 10, 1976.
