Appeal, No. 442, Jan. T., 1970, from order of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Feb. T., 1966, No. 403, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Gary Philip Bates. Order affirmed.

Proceedings under Post Conviction Hearing Act.

Petition denied, order by DOTY, J. Petitioner appealed.
