Indictment charging defendant with burglary, larceny, receiving stolen goods, violation of the Uniform Firearms Act, and illegal possession of burglary tools. Before SILVESTRI, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 492, April T., 1971, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Feb. T., 1969, No. 6. Submitted November 12, 1971.
