Indictments charging defendant with unlawful possession of narcotic drugs and unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Before WESSEL, JR., J. Appeal, No. 283, April T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Feb. T., 1973, Nos. 1690A and 1691A. Submitted April 14, 1975.
