Indictments charging defendant with conspiracy, robbery and violation of the Uniform Firearms Act. Before BRADLEY, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 1112, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Oct. T., 1973, Nos. 452 and 456. Argued December 5, 1974.
