Indictments charging defendant with violations of The Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act and conspiracy. Before PRESCOTT, J. Verdict of not guilty of two counts of possession with intent to deliver and delivery of a controlled substance and guilty of remaining charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1608, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, May T., 1976, Nos. 3950, 3951, and 3952. Submitted December 6, 1977.

Judgment of sentence affirmed.
