Indictments charging defendant with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, felonious restraint, possessing instruments of crime, rape and kidnapping. Before PORTER, J. Appeal, No. 1615, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Nov. T., 1974, Nos. 382, 383, and 385. Argued December 15, 1975.
