Indictment charging defendant with burglary, theft, receiving stolen property, recklessly endangering another person, unlawful possession of a firearm and carrying a firearm without a license. Before RIDGE, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of recklessly endangering another person, unlawful possession of a firearm and carrying a firearm without a license and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 293, April T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, No. CC7405036A. Submitted November 24, 1975.
