December 22, 1978. Petition for Allowance of Appeal Denied May 11, 1979.

Indictments charging defendant with burglary, receiving stolen property, possession of an instrument of crime and two counts of criminal conspiracy. Before STANZIANI, J. The charge of possession of an instrument of crime was nol prossed by the district attorney. Verdict of guilty on remaining charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 248, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Jan. T., 1976, Nos. 112 and 112.1. Submitted September 12, 1977.

Judgment of sentence affirmed.
