Indictment charging defendant with assault, aggravated assault and battery, violation of the Uniform Firearms Act and unlawful possession of an instrument of crime. Before EISEMAN, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of violation of the Uniform Firearms Act and aggravated assault and battery and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1694, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Feb. T., 1975, Nos. 1798 and 1799. Submitted December 16, 1975.
