Indictments charging defendant with carrying firearms without a license, carrying firearms on a public street or place, criminal conspiracy, unlawful possession of instruments of crime and robbery. Before MIRARCHI, JR., J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1637, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Jan. T., 1975, Nos. 1801 to 1804, inclusive. Submitted December 11, 1975.
